WHITE MARBLE

Operating in Drama is a privilege as Drama is part of the world-famous Greek white marble quarries region: Drama-Kavala-Thassos. An area also known as the “Carrara of Greece” as it produces almost the 50% of the total semi white and white marble production of Greece.

Greek white marble color ranges from crystal pure white (e.g. Snow white Thassos) to white background with light or heavy grey, beige or brown veins (e.g. Volakas marble). Most of the Greek white marble are popular, but White Thassos marble stands out. It is pure white, with a unique crystalline appearance and it is indisputably the whitest marble in the world.

ARISTON WHITE MARBLE

Ariston White is a fine dolomite (dolomitic marble) although, it is often faulty referred as limestone or even granite.
